  1. Omg, the B types had so many changes. I was waiting till you said type c but it kept going on.πŸ˜‚
Also this video was very informative thank you.

  2. USB Micro B is also what was used on the Xbox One and Dualshock 4 controllers. I personally preferred USB Mini B over the Micro B but USB-C is the way to go. Plus in my experience, Micro Bs can wear out after a while. Also, the Dualshock 3/SIXAXIS controller uses USB Mini B. Also the Nintendo Wii U Pro Controller. USB 1.0 is also what the PS2 used. It’s also not a good way to play backups off a flash drive because the data streaming is so slow. And if it’s a story-driven game with lots of pre-rendered cutscenes, and you can’t skip them, it’ll definitely suck.

  3. Anyone here remember PS2, Parallel, Com, VGA ports. Remember bending pins and hoping you can bend it back without breaking. Worse a pin broke in one of those beeping ports.

  4. does the USB-C also carry power supply in it?
in terms of performance, is USB-C better than Micro-B 3.0 that most external hard drive has?

  5. this was SO clear and informative! The Graphics were professional and easily demonstrated exactly what you were saying. THANK YOU!!!

  6. Does the usb type C port color akso identify the cables ability to carry amperage?

I have a phone that can use a 68w charger, what color connectors identify high current capable cords?

  7. I am graduated in Computer Science, my concept was not cleared in this whole education but now my concept is cleared. I am Interested in Network Engineering. This 09:05 Minutes Video Clear my concept

  8. Really thorough and easy to understand tutorial that makes it easier to purchase related devices. Many product descriptions are unclear including motherboard specs, so this information fills in those holes. Thanks again!

  9. And no one produces a USB gage? Gages for drill bit are easy to find. Lost your USB cable? Prepare for deep research.

  10. Don’t you just miss those old parallel printer cables, though? This really helped me because there are so many different USB connectors now that I was having a hard time trying to keep up with them all. I’m not a big fan of the micro and minis, and I hope they don’t come out with anything even smaller than USB-C.

  11. I decided to start on my journey to get a CompTIA A+ certification, and one of the first lessons I encountered was all the various USB connections. I never realized that there was more than 1 type of USB connection. Thanks for the helpful video!

  12. Thanks for the education on USB cables, I learned a lot. You explained the different type of USB cables very well and understandable.

  13. What I dont like is some manufacturers now may not color code the usb. I sent a computer back because there were all black 2.0 and 3.0. SS was indicated as such but how do know for sure they were really 3.0? With development of even 4.0 coming, I wish that computer manufacturers would stay with color specifications.

  14. The ending of the video made my day. The part that taught me the colours of the USB that can supply power even when the laptop is on sleep mode.
